Candle Care and Information
General usage: Never leave a burning candle unattended! Always burn candles on a heat resistant surface. Keep burning candles way from children, pets and flammable objects.
Container usage: TRIM YOUR WICKS each and every time you light your candle to ¼”, remove all debris from candle. Allow the surface of the candle to completely liquefy before extinguishing with a wick dipper.
Pillar usage: Keep wick trimmed to ¼” long. Allow enough burning time for the candle to reach within ¼ inch of the edge of the candle to prevent a tunneling effect.
Taper usage: Before initial use, trim wick to ¼” long, this will facilitate an even burn. If the base of the candle is too small for your candleholder, wrap the provided beeswax fitter strip around the end of the candle and mold to the base. This will secure the candle in the candleholder. If the candle base is too large, warm the base with hot water and carefully trim with a knife while the wax is warm, then gently fit candle into holder.
